Features
The pressure balanced pressure reducing valve is completely designed and manufactured by the original German factory. It has strong impact resistance. The valve stem, valve head, valve seat and other internal parts are made of stainless steel. The valve stem is sealed with a double-layer stainless steel bellows. Like the stop valve, it ensures sufficient strength and hardness and reliable sealing. And has a unique stainless steel pressure balancing bellows design. Different springs and actuators can be used to obtain different pressure reduction ranges.
The force on the pressure reducing valve includes the spring setting pressure, the downstream feedback pressure and the force acting on the valve head due to the upstream and downstream pressure difference. After the three forces reach balance, the valve maintains a certain opening. Pressure reduction for stable flow conditions is achievable. However, in practical applications, pressure and flow fluctuations will always occur.
With the unique pressure balance bellows design, pressure can act on the valve head and the pressure balance bellows at the same time. The areas of the two are the same and the directions are opposite. In this way, the valve opening is only determined by the set pressure of the spring and the valve. Determined by the final feedback pressure, the valve can adapt to sudden changes in pressure and flow. Therefore, the pressure reduction range is larger and the pressure regulation control accuracy is higher. In Europe, most pressure reducing valves of this design are used.
